Water-based varnish
I. Introduction:
JSJ－601 is copolymer of the special monomer by free radicle, with high gloss and good levelling. It is environmental products without any organic solvent and peculiar smell.
II. Physical Character:
Appearance: milk white fluid
Solid Content（％wt）: 45±1
Viscosity: 300~600CPS(25℃)
PH Value: 7～8
III. Instruction:
1、This product should be diluted with water.
2、The suggested Scale is varnish: water: 1: 0.2～0.5.
3、Glazing machine should be added energy fitting in order to dry the paper.
IV. Packing:
25/ plastic pail 120kg/ plastic pail
V. Attention Matters:
1、The goods should be placed in a cool , avoided sunshine, and using out in 6 months.
2、Can not mix Water-based varnish with oiliness varnish or alcoholic varnish, The machine should be cleaned fully When change other varnish.
