I. Introduction:
JSJUV-801 is one high quality uv varnish. It’s orientated towards printing and packing industry. Film formed fast by exposure to ultraviolet light. Low VOC, free from contamination,dry fast, good gloss and good weatherability.
II. Physical Character:
Appearance： Transparent liquid
Viscosity： 250~300CPS(25℃)
III. Instruction:
1、Volume of use base on the quality of paper. The temperature is hearing at 50℃ in heating cycle.
2、The drying velocity is 100-150m／min if the power of ultraviolet light is 110mj/ cm².
3、With lei Fu UV primer coating, effect comes better .
IV. Packing:
20kg /Tin case 200kg / Metal Pail
V. Attention Matters:
1、The goods should be placed in a cool , avoided sunshine, and using out in 6 months.
2、Ultraviolet radiation strip lamp should be checked and changed regularly in order to keep a high drying velocity.
3、Handle it more carefully to keep out of color changing when some special color(purple, shining blue, etc.) exposure to ultraviolet light .
4、All UV products must keep out of unnecessary ultraviolet exprosure. Generally, there are wax powders and silicon additive on the printing ink. In this case it will make the UV top coating not cover the surface fully, we suggest that using water-based primer coating to solve the oil slick problem.
